1.2 By means of this notice and in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on Personal Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights, the user (hereinafter, the “USER”) of this website (hereinafter, the “WEBSITE”) is informed of the applicable privacy policy, so that they may freely and voluntarily decide whether to provide the personal data that may be requested and/or obtained in connection with the provision of the services offered.

The Data Controller has adopted the legally required levels of security for the protection of Personal Data and will endeavor to implement all additional technical measures necessary to prevent loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft of Personal Data. However, it should be noted that security measures on the Internet are not infallible, as there is always a risk that third parties beyond our control may intercept and use this information. Therefore, although we strive to protect the confidentiality and security of your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
6. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES.
6.1 The USER expressly authorizes the Website Controller to transfer their data to the ARAGONESE EMPLOYMENT INSTITUTE (INAEM) for the purpose of fulfilling the data processing objectives.
6.2 Personal Data will not be transferred or communicated to other organizations for purposes other than those previously informed, unless the USER has given explicit consent.
6.3 Exceptionally, in the event of a legal requirement, Personal Data may be communicated to Public Administrations, Courts and Tribunals. In such cases, USER consent is not required.

8. LEGALITY.
8.1 This Privacy Policy complements applicable data protection regulations, which shall prevail in any case.
8.2 This Privacy Policy may be updated to comply with legal, regulatory or operational changes without prior notice. Continued use of the WEBSITE after such updates implies acceptance by the USER.
