1.2 By means of this notice and in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on Personal Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights, the user (hereinafter, the “USER”) of this website (hereinafter, the “WEBSITE”) is informed of the applicable privacy policy, so that they may freely and voluntarily decide whether to provide the personal data that may be requested and/or obtained in connection with the provision of the services offered.

2. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED

2.1 We only process your personal data for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes, limiting collection to data that is strictly relevant and necessary for the stated purposes. In particular, we access and process the following personal data:

  • USER connection, geolocation and browsing data through the use of cookies. For more information, please see our Cookies Policy [1] (link).
    • Through the “CONTACT” form available on the WEBSITE, which the USER completes voluntarily, we obtain the following information: first name, last name, email and the “YOUR MESSAGE” section where the user may include any information they deem appropriate.

2.2 Whenever data is collected through an online form or other communication channels on the WEBSITE, the USER will be informed of which personal data will be collected and the specific purpose for which it will be used, in accordance with current data protection regulations and Clause 8 of the Legal Notice [2] (link) of the WEBSITE. Explicit consent will be requested from the USER when the processing of their data by the OWNER is for commercial purposes or when their personal data is to be shared with other companies.

Hereinafter, we refer to this data as “Personal Data”.

3. PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS FOR THE COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA.

3.1 The Personal Data processed will be stored and incorporated into the corresponding automated files owned by INTEGRA, responsible for processing them (hereinafter, the “Data Controller”).

3.2 The collection and processing of the Personal Data mentioned in the previous Clause has the following purpose and legal basis:

4. DATA RETENTION PERIOD.

4.1 Personal Data will be retained for the minimum time necessary to fulfill the purpose of processing described above, in accordance with the data retention policy established by GDPR 2016/679 and Organic Law 3/2018.

5. PERSONAL DATA SECURITY.

The Data Controller has adopted the legally required levels of security for the protection of Personal Data and will endeavor to implement all additional technical measures necessary to prevent loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft of Personal Data. However, it should be noted that security measures on the Internet are not infallible, as there is always a risk that third parties beyond our control may intercept and use this information. Therefore, although we strive to protect the confidentiality and security of your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

6. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES.

6.1 The USER expressly authorizes the Website Controller to transfer their data to the ARAGONESE EMPLOYMENT INSTITUTE (INAEM) for the purpose of fulfilling the data processing objectives.

6.2 Personal Data will not be transferred or communicated to other organizations for purposes other than those previously informed, unless the USER has given explicit consent.

6.3 Exceptionally, in the event of a legal requirement, Personal Data may be communicated to Public Administrations, Courts and Tribunals. In such cases, USER consent is not required.

6.4 No international transfers of Personal Data are foreseen. Should such transfers occur in the future, the USER will be informed accordingly.

7. EXERCISE OF USER RIGHTS.

7.1 The USER has the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and transparency, as well as the right not to be subject to automated decision-making. Therefore, the USER:

  • Has the right to access their Personal Data and request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Has the right to withdraw consent at any time.
  • Has the right to object to the processing of their Personal Data.
  • Has the right to request deletion of Personal Data when no longer necessary.
  • May request restriction of processing under certain circumstances.
  • Has the right to data portability.

7.3 If the USER believes their data is not being properly processed, they may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), located at C/ Jorge Juan, 6. 28001 – Madrid.

8. LEGALITY.

8.1 This Privacy Policy complements applicable data protection regulations, which shall prevail in any case.

8.2 This Privacy Policy may be updated to comply with legal, regulatory or operational changes without prior notice. Continued use of the WEBSITE after such updates implies acceptance by the USER.
